Cartilage and Joint Maintenance

We seek to understand genetic regulations of musculoskeletal development and diseases, focused on the mechanisms of cartilage and joint maintenance. We combine mouse genetics with cellular, molecular, and system biology approaches to elucidate the etiology of degenerative joint disorders, such as osteoarthritis.
