Conference registration fees
The conference is primarily in person and it also supports an online option for those who cannot attend in person. Part of the fees for in-person attendees includes food during the conference (including banquet). A similar proportion of the fees for remote attendees covers the expenses associated with managing admission to the online conference platform, monitoring questions during the sessions, etc. As such, the fee schedule is the same for both types of attendees. Attendees will need to select one stream only when registering (i.e. an attendee will not be able to attend the conference partly remote and partly in-person). This fee structure also makes it easier logistically if someone needs to switch streams prior to the conference. Note that you will not be able to switch streams after Wednesday, March 22 2023 at 5 PM PT as after this time the catering orders will need to be finalized.

The conference banquet will take place on Friday April 14, 2023 from 6 pm to 9 pm. Professional and student registrations include the cost of the banquet for the attendee.
Cancellation
A refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be given for cancellations received before Thursday, March 30, 2023 5:00PM PT. Please send requests for refunds to Dr. Jean-Michel Maarek (maarek@usc.edu).
No cancellations will be accepted for refunds on or after Friday, March 31 2023. Refunds cannot be made for no shows. There are no exceptions to this policy.
