In this project, the Sol Price School of Public Policy at USC is partnering with the UC Davis Center for Regional Change and the Department of Urban and Environmental Planning at Occidental College.
The project’s lead researchers are:
Marlon Boarnet is Professor of Urban Planning and Spatial Analysis at the University of Southern California and Director of the METRANS Transportation Consortium. Dr. Boarnet is a renowned authority on urban economics, urban growth patterns, transportation and regional science.
Seva Rodnyansky is Assistant Professor of Urban and Environmental Policy at Occidental College. Dr. Rodnyansky’s research focuses on urban policy related to housing, transportation, residential mobility and neighborhood change.
Bernadette Austin is CEO of CivicWell and worked on this project in her previous capacity of Executive Director of the Center for Regional Change at UC Davis. Associate researchers are:
Andre Comandon is a research associate at the USC METRANS Transportation Consortium. Dr. Comandon’s research focuses on residential segregation, inequality, and urban analytics.
Bonnie Wang is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Urban Planning and Spatial Analysis at the University of Southern California. She focuses on land use and transportation, travel behavior, and demographics.
