DARE Conference: Transformative Opportunities for Modeling in Rehabilitation is an accessible event, and we are dedicated to ensuring that people of all abilities are able to participate fully in the conference.
Venue Accessibility
The venue, Ronald Tutor Campus Center, is accessible to people with mobility disabilities. The rooms we are using are located on the third and fourth floors. There are two sets of elevators on the north and south ends of the campus center, and multiple accessible restrooms within the building. While the Franklin Suites and TCC434 are completely flat, The Forum has three levels – with the flat first level specifically designed for and dedicated to accessibility. Those with mobility difficulties, visual impairments, or deaf and/or hard of hearing will have priority seating on the first level.
Virtual Accessibility
Live captioning and ASL interpretation will be available for all virtual sessions. For in-person Effective Communication Requests, please see the next section.
Effective Communication Requests
We accept requests for any of the following services:
- ASL interpretation for any or all sessions
- Other forms of Effective Communication
