Getting here: For our out of town attendees, the closest airports are Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR).

Students walk and ride bikes on Trousdale Parkway on a sunny afternoon. Bovard Auditorium, a large brick building, sits in the background, and the statue of Tommy Trojan is in the center.

The bulk of the conference will take place in the Ronald Tutor Campus Center (3607 Trousdale Pkwy, Los Angeles, CA 90089) at the heart of USC’s campus. The venue is completely accessible, but please email the organizers if you need assistance navigating the building.

Banquet Venue

The banquet dinner on March 3, 2023 will be held at the 1923 Club atop the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The 1923 Club is accessible via elevators, and has 360-degree views of the stadium and Los Angeles. The Coliseum is located at 3911 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90037, across the street from USC campus and within walking distance from campus and the USC Hotel. Please email the organizers if you need assistance getting to and from the banquet.

**UPDATE: Due to high demand for this conference, our block of rooms is now sold out at the USC Hotel located at 3540 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90007. We now have a room block at Hotel Figueroa. Booking information has been sent to all registrants. Obtaining a room at the room block rate is first come first serve.
