As the state makes significant headway with vaccination and the number of COVID-19 cases continues to decline, local government agencies are at forefront of restoring services while keeping people safe.
We want to know how local governments are entering this new phase of the pandemic. Our team designed a survey to assess the fiscal position of county and municipal governments and school districts. The goal is to deliver pertinent information to policy makers and budget officers in this fast-changing environment.
