Petroleum engineering program of Mork Family Department along with the SPE Chapter at USC arranged an orientation program for the incoming students which was held on 31st August in EEB 132. To introduce students to the research consortia at USC, Faculty of Petroleum Engineering spoke briefly on research facilities and opportunities for the new and continuing students.
During the event, Dr. Fred Aminzadeh, Executive Director of Global Energy Network (GEN),gave a presentation that comprehensively covered the goals, accomplishments and current projects of various research initiatives under the GEN effort.
