Upon becoming a patient, you will be assigned a dedicated case manager who will serve as your primary point of contact. They will guide you and your family through the healthcare process, from the initial inquiry to treatment coordination and follow-up care.

To become a patient or refer an international patient, please fill out the patient intake form. Our team will contact you to assist with the process, including appointment scheduling, obtaining additional medical records from your local physician, and providing a cost estimate for services.

Patient Navigation Service

Your designated case manager will welcome you either at your appointment location or at the International Patient Lounge, where they will provide an overview of your treatment schedule, appointment locations, and useful tips to enhance your care experience at Keck.

Prepaid SIM Card Service

To facilitate communication with your care team, the International Health Department provides international patients with a prepaid SIM card valid for one month, enabling them to have a mainland U.S. phone number during their stay in Los Angeles. If an extension is needed beyond the initial month, the patient is responsible for renewing the service independently.
