Current Programs and Degrees at SMC
Santa Monica College – a two-year community college accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges – opened in 1929 with just 153 students. It has now grown to a thriving campus with more than 45,000 students and offerings in more than 100 fields of study. SMC is the leader among the state’s 114 community colleges in transferring students to the University of California, University of Southern California and other four-year campuses. SMC has a uniquely diverse student population which is majority minority and various academic programs geared to preparing students for careers in the intelligence community.
IC CAE Scholars
21 Scholars were selected after an application process for the 2021-2022 academic year. Scholars are active in mentorship and Intelligence Community programming.
