The USC Office of Continuing Medical Education is handling registration for the IME 2025 Online Conference. All fees listed are in U.S. Dollars.
Full Conference Registration
The full conference registration fee includes access to the live online event including the keynote presentation and all concurrent sessions. Registration also provides access to the event platform before the event begins and all posted content and networking opportunities for at least three months after the event.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Everyone registered for the conference will continue to have access to the event platform for at least three months. Cancellation of your registration will remove access to all posted content. For a refund, cancellations must be received by February 4, 2025, at 12:00 pm PST by email only to the USC Office of CME at usccme@usc.edu. A cancellation fee of $20 for students/residents/fellows and $50 for others will be applied. In the event of course cancellation by conference organizers, all registration fees will be fully refunded.

Application for Waiver of 2025 IME Registration Fees
If you would like to apply for a fee waiver for financial reasons (institutional elimination of funding for professional development or another financial reason), please contact Pam Teplitz at imeconference@usc.edu.
CME Accreditation Statement
