Guidance for Posters:
Important information and dates: Your poster will be presented in a moderated 75-minute or 90-minute Zoom session. Each session will have a topical focus. Plan to prepare a poster as a single PPT or Google slide set to widescreen (16:9 ratio). Export two files: a PDF (full size) and a PNG image (at least 800×450 for 16:9 ratio). Upload the PDF and the PNG to your Poster Gallery page in Whova by Thursday, January 30. Upload an optional handout before the conference begins on February 6. Coordinate with your co-presenters. Contact imeconference@usc.edu with questions, problems, or to be resent your links.
