Chaitanya Sachdeva
Major: Computer Science
Chaitanya is a graduate student passionate about artificial intelligence and its real-world impact. With a strong foundation in GenAI, LLMs, Software Development and Product Management, he has led projects at the intersection of AI and enterprise applications, delivering solutions that enhance security, optimize workflows, and improve human-computer interaction. Awarded the Outstanding Mentor Award by USC, Chaitanya is committed to knowledge sharing and fostering innovation. He enjoys discussing challenges across AI, security, and product development and is always open to conversations around solving real-world problems with technology.

Samuel Yoon
Major: Computer Science
My name is Samuel Yoon and I am an undergraduate student at the University of Southern California studying Computer Science in Viterbi School of Engineering. I love building things through programming or adjusting my personal computer. Additionally, I love playing basketball and spending time with my family as the oldest of six children.

Andy Xia
Year: Senior
Major: Economics & Data Science
Minor: Entrepreneurship
Andy has a keen enthusiasm for managing and analyzing raw data and fine-tuning predictive models. His interests lie in the realm of financial analytics, where he dedicates his skills to forecasting the dynamics of stock and cryptocurrency markets. By leveraging historical data alongside market indices and sentiment analysis, Andy aims to uncover actionable insights and trends. During his free time, he plays basketball non-stop.

Twyla Zhang
Year: Senior
Major: Economics & Data Science
Twyla Zhang is studying Economics and Data Science at the University of Southern California and is an incoming master’s student in Data Science. Her research at the USC Center for Health Financing, Policy, and Management focuses on rural hospital systems, where she analyzes long-term financial data to assess outpatient care trends and healthcare access disparities. She has also worked on projects related to AI’s labor market impact and financial risk analysis in the banking sector. With technical skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization, Twyla is passionate about applying data-driven insights to inform public policy. Outside of research, she enjoys photography, traveling, and reading fiction.
