Scheduled Maintenance: USC Wired/Wireless AAA RADIUS/TACACS Networks (Apr. 4-5)

Pending final approval, from 9:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, to approximately 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, ITS will perform scheduled maintenance on USC’s wired/wireless AAA RADIUS/TACACS networks across campus. During this maintenance, faculty, students, staff, and visitors will experience interruptions in connectivity on USC Secure Wireless, Eduroam, and wired connections for Mac-authentication devices and the device registration portal.

After this maintenance, all users must forget the USC Secure and Eduroam networks on their devices, rejoin the network, and accept the certificate when prompted on mobile devices.

If you encounter issues with your USC wireless connection after this maintenance period, please call the ITS Customer Support Center (CSC) at 213-740-5555. The CSC is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
