Research Interests

I am interested in joint and segmental contributions to complex, multi-planar tasks. My research aims to describe lower extremity kinematics and kinetics during the baseball pitch and define their contribution to upper extremity demand and pitching performance. In doing so, my research will provide the foundation for strategies that minimize potentially injurious upper extremity torques while maximizing performance during the pitching motion.
