Research Interests

I am interested in the compensatory responses used by individuals to regain balance during the recovery phase to a slip. More specifically, my research focuses on the effect of upper extremity movements of center of mass dynamics. This work will lead to the identification of slip recovery strategies that may advance training programs targeted towards minimizing slip and fall related injuries.
