Currently, I am a Post Doc researcher in Prof. Aleksandra Korolova‘s Privacy Research lab, in the Theory Group of USC Viterbi (Computer Science department).
My research is focused on algorithmic fairness. I am also interested in privacy, network security and artificial intelligence.
In 2019, I obtained my PhD from the University of Leuven, Belgium. During my PhD, I was part of the Privacy Technologies group at COSIC, advised by Prof. Claudia Diaz. Most of my research in COSIC was supported by a personal grant from the Fund for Scientific Research – Flanders.
In 2013, I graduated with a double major on Mathematics and Computer Science Engineering at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I worked on my master thesis as a software engineer intern in the IIIA-CSIC institute, under the superivsion of Prof. Vicenç Torra and Prof. Guillermo Navarro.
