Proceeds from the event will support need-based scholarships, professional development for our students, and theatre for social change programs.
The five awards presented during the evening showcase the breadth of experience, as well as the commitment, artistry, and engagement of the dynamic alumni of the USC School of Dramatic Arts.
We are thrilled to announce that the emcee for the evening is playwright and SDA faculty member Luis Alfaro , who is also the recipient of the MacArthur Foundation Fellowship “genius grant,” Associate Artistic Director of Center Theatre Group and whose recent publication, The Greek Trilogy of Luis Alfaro: Electricidad; Oedipus El Rey; Mojada, received the 2020 London Hellenic Prize.
