We encourage students to take the 2025 Student Well-being Index Survey (SWIS). This annual survey provides the opportunity for the student community to bring their campus experience to the attention of university decision-makers. Data from the survey helps our school leadership understand you better and identify where to focus our resources to encourage a sage, healthy environment at the University of Southern California. 

Efforts around organizational culture and well-being at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work are led by Ann Marie Yamada, PhD, associate dean of organizational culture and well-being, and associate professor.

The associate dean for organizational culture and well-being is responsible for broad oversight of issues and strategic planning for initiatives and practice that embody the values and mission of the school, and promote connection for all faculty, staff and students.
