Application Timeline & Conference Registration Information
Priority Deadline: March 1, 2024, 5pm EST
Applications received between February 1, 2024 and March 1, 2024 will receive full consideration to attend the 2024 Conference.
Application Decisions and Conference Registration Invitations: March 16, 2024
Applications received by the priority deadline will be notified of their application status by March 16, 2024.
Application Closes: April 1, 2024, 5 pm EST
Conference Registration Closes: April 1, 2024, 5pm EST
Attendees who have been invited to register must submit their registration form by the April 1st deadline. After which time, we will release invited attendees spots to those on the waitlist.
Regarding Applications Received After the Priority Deadline:
If you submit an application after the March 1st priority deadline, you will automatically be added to a waitlist for conference attendance consideration.
All waitlist decisions will be rendered after the conference registration deadline of April 1st.
All waitlist decisions consider your application AND whether space is still available.
