Education and Training

All USC employees (including faculty, staff, student workers, and temporary staff) who handle credit card data must complete the University’s PCI training program before they are permitted to process payments (annual training is required thereafter). The school or department is responsible for maintaining a list of active employees processing credit card data. Treasury Services will provide continuing education and training. PCI Training is available via TrojanLearn through USC Employee Gateway at (Search “PCI Training”).
