USC Roski Eye Institute negotiated special discounted room rates at the Hyatt House LA – University Medical Center (USC Dept of Ophthalmology) for the nights of January 18, 19 and January 20, with rates per night of $169 and $189, exclusive of taxes and fees. The cut-off-date for reservation at these rates is 5:00pm on Monday, December 18, 2023. Reserve early to get these special rates based upon availability.

Reservation Method and Cut-Off-Date
Reservations will be made by individuals no later than 5pm on Monday, December 18, 2023 (“cut-off date”). Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability and at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
Reservations can be made through either of the following booking methods:
– Contacting the hotel directly at (323) 909-1155, selecting option ‘1’ for reservations and requesting to book at the Department of Ophthalmology group rate, or
– Booking online using a unique link Department of Ophthalmology Group Booking Link
Payment
Guests will be required to provide a method of payment at the time of booking to guarantee their reservation. Their method of payment must also be presented with matching photo identification upon check in.
Cancellation
Individual cancellation must be done at least 48 hours prior to check in time (3pm) on arrival date to avoid a penalty equivalent to 1 night of room and tax.
No Shows / Early Departures
Reservations that do not arrive on their schedule arrival date will be charged for a full night of room and tax. Departures earlier than the originally scheduled departure date must notify the front desk by 12pm on the day prior to their new departure date. Failure to do so will result in an early departure fee of 1 night’s room and tax.
Parking
Self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $15 plus tax for hotel guests, per vehicle per night. Otherwise, the standard charge is $34 per night plus tax. Parking permits are valid for hotel-designated spaces (first 4 floors) in the adjacent San Pablo parking structure.
Vehicles parked in the garage without a hotel-issued permit displayed or parked in hotel check-in spaces are subject to citation or tow. Oversized vehicles are subject to an additional charge.

We are located 16 miles southeast of Burbank Airport, 23 miles northeast of Los Angeles International Airport and 38 miles west of Ontario International Airport.
