STTR/SBIR/MOB/WOB Initiative
The TTC is committed to being a technology resource for state and federal empowerment and enterprise zones (EP/EZ). Minority and Women owned businesses need a partner in dealing with digital divide issues. The TTC is dedicated to being that partner.
Commercial Assessment Process (CAP)
This is the TTC’s FREE commercial assessment tool. Is the same standardized step-by-step approach the ETTC used to assist NASA identifying and evaluating market potentials. iLab – building things smarter
The iLab is the TTC’s vision of how High Performance Computing and High Performance Information Systems can have a positive impact manufacturing, office buildings and entertainment if smarter dynamic processes are used to make workplaces and systems more productive and efficient.

The Technology Transfer Center has been a leader in the demonstration of high performance computing applications for over a decade. WTAAC “Enrollment Management” Process
The mission of TAAC is to help companies that have been negatively affected by trade, are losing sales/market shares, and are unable to recover on their own. TAAC is then able to guide these companies with analysis, knowledge, strategies and diversity to adapt to the changing conditions
around them. Manufacturing, service and agricultural firms that have been import impacted as demonstrated by declining sales or production and decline or anticipated decline in employment levels are eligible.
The TAAC’s role in this Trade adjustment process is like Enrollment management in Education.
- The first step is an unsolicited Inquiry by the company for help.
- They are given a Litmus Test to see if they might qualify for the program. The successful completion of the Admission Application states that the company is ready for the next step.
- They are given a Petition Application.
- The company then Matriculates
- An Adjustment Proposal is then prepared. This is where TAAC uses its expertise in analyzing the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- TAAC devises a plan for the company’s Coursework. It is submitted to EDA for application approval. This custom designed program ensures success. It is a systematic approach that includes Optimization/Stability. Marketing
- Data and Accurate Data of the entire project.
- Adjustment Projects are designed. EDA’s approval is then published in the federal registry. The approved plan can now be implemented
- Upon completion of the program the company Graduates.
- Graduation from the Program reinforces the strategies of Market Expansion, Supportive Risk and Cooperative Collaboratives.
