Student and Faculty Support

Please note: In order to troubleshoot issues in your Blackboard course- whether reported by you, your co-instructors, TAs or students- we must temporarily enroll ourselves into it with the “Instructor” role. We will remove ourselves once the issue is resolved.

Phone and Chat: Our Blackboard Student Services help desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to troubleshoot errors and answer how-to questions. If they are unable to resolve the issue during the call or chat session, they will escalate to us, your USC Blackboard Support team.

This will allow you to schedule a brief, one-on-one support session with a Blackboard Student Services representative who can answer quick, how-to questions.

More complex questions and issues, especially regarding enrollment and USC-specific tools like Turnitin and Zoom, can be sent to us directly. This will be answered by USC Blackboard Support within one (1) business day.
