Development, Optimization, and Validation of Novel MR Imaging 

Inclusion Criteria

  1. Age > 18 years
  2. Healthy volunteers or patients diagnosed with brain, cardiac, or abdominal diseases.

Exclusion Criteria 

  1. Conditions (such as claustrophobia, restlessness, severe chronic low back, ferrous metallic implants) that prohibit MR scanning
  2. Estimated GFR <30 ml/min/1.73 m2 for contrast-enhanced study
