This paper describes a general framework that generates high throughput GNN training accelerator on CPU-FPGA platform.
- Efficient Neighbor-Sampling-based GNN Training selected as Outstanding Student Paper at HPEC '21 September 22, 2021Our paper “Efficient Neighbor-Sampling-based GNN Training on CPU-FPGA Heterogeneous Platform” has been selected as a Outstanding Student Paper at the 2021 IEEE High Performance Extreme Computing Conference (HPEC '21). This paper proposed a system design to accelerate neighbor-sampling based GNN training on the CPU-FPGA heterogenous platform.
