What is Healthcare Delivery Science?

Healthcare Delivery Science is the study of systems, processes, leadership, and management as to optimize health care delivery & the health of all, focusing on improving health by improving systems of care.

This includes but not limited to, seeking to ensure the patients receive recommended therapies, changing clinician behavior, removing barriers, improving teamwork and culture, measuring and providing feedback about performance, and creating incentives for clinicians and patients to encourage desired behaviors.
