Prankaj Mishra

Pankaj Mishra carried out his PhD research work in the OMLP group at USC, where he performed research in object recognition using biologically inspired features combined with mathematically inspired features, as well as sparse overcomplete representations of images.

During 2011-2013, Dr. Mishra was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, working on applications of advanced image processing and machine learning techniques to develop novel lung motion models and improved dose calculations.

Since January 2014, Dr. Mishra has been Manager, Translational Research, at Varian Medical Systems in Palo Alto, California. He is working on open-source project aimed at facilitating research collaborations and making innovation more accessible.

Please see his full CV for complete list of publications and talks.
