Below are downloadable protocols made freely available to the research community. Click on each title to view the protocol. Please note that these protocols were designed specifically for the equipment and tool set available to us at the University of Southern California and therefore may need to be adapted to achieve similar results.
We have provided version numbers as these protocols will be updated periodically based on best practices and new advances.
