Brian Leon is a special project manager for the WTAAC program He is responsible for new business development, project administration, and information systems utilization. Mr. Leon interacts with University officials with respect to contractual administration matters for the WTAAC. He supervises a staff of Information Systems Specialists, whose areas of responsibility cover hardware/software integration, system design, and data security.

Conchetta Fabares, Program Manager

Conchetta Fabares oversees the internal operation of the Western Trade Adjustment Assistance Center (WTAAC) Ms. Fabares is responsible for updating, documenting and monitoring all federal program compliance regulations. Ms. Fabares is also responsible for quality control of outreach, certification and adjustment plan, database and Web service efforts.

Antoinette Williams, Administrative Assistant

Antoinette Williams is the Administrative Assistant for the WTAAC program and has various responsibilities including handling accounting issues. She has over 20 years in customer service skills with major strengths in verbal and written communication.
John Sterni, Project Manager

John Sterni supports the WESRAC mission by consulting and implementing IT/IS strategies and initiatives. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. John has and over 20 years of IT system support in higher education including administration and implementation of hardware and software solutions.
