Western TAAC and the company’s management developed a strategy to specialize in the manufacture of complex precision molded parts while expanding and diversifying its customers and industry base. The strategy included expanding into the medical industry.

During this period the company, with Western TAAC assistance, implemented its marketing, finance, quality, 2 phases of its product design engineering projects, and 4 phases of its information technology projects. Since beginning its public/private sector partnership with the TAA for Firms Program, sales increased 30% to $11M, productivity improved to increased 66% to $189,754 sales per employee, and the company regained profitable operating income over the past three years.
