Scope of Services

The Center for Emerging Pathogens (CEP) at the University of Southern California partners with organizations across the globe to tackle pressing infectious disease-related issues by offering expertise to both community-level and country-level initiatives.

CEP’s goal is to serve diverse populations and non-profit organizations and humanitarian NGOs within our local and global community. In our international collaborations we offer services and materials in multiple languages to improve accessibility for local populations.

Our offerings include informational webinars and pre-recorded learning modules, educational workshops for health sector workers and volunteers, and advisory services to local and state health service officials.

Below are examples and excerpts from some of our collaborations.

COVID-19 Pandemic Guidance

On the COVID-19 front, CEP offers periodic webinars for non-profit organizations , including performing and visual arts organizations, community non-profits and schools, where various important topics around the pandemic are discussed.

Our offerings include immunization outreach, emerging infectious disease awareness, healthy living, future outbreak preparedness and advisory services for the inclusion of immunocompromised people.
