- Monday, August 26, 2024: Workshop abstract submission deadline (11:59 PM PDT, 08/26/2024).
- Friday, September 27, 2024: Notifications of acceptance for Workshops.
- Monday, September 30, 2024: Deadline for Innovation and Cool Idea/Work-in-Progress abstract submissions (11:59 PM PDT, 09/30/2024). Most Innovations and Cool Ideas/Works-in-Progress will be presented at a virtual poster session; however, the top abstracts (based on the review criteria) will be offered the opportunity to present their projects in an oral presentation session.
- Friday, November 1, 2024: Notifications of acceptance for oral presentation for Innovations and Cool Ideas/Works-in-Progress.
- Friday, November 22, 2024: Notifications of acceptance for poster presentation for Innovations and Cool Ideas/Works-in-Progress.
