- Monday, August 25, 2025: Workshop abstract submission deadline (11:59 PM PDT, 08/25/2025).
- Friday, September 26, 2025: Notifications of acceptance for Workshops.
- Monday, September 29, 2025: Deadline for Innovation and Cool Idea or Work-in-Progress abstract submissions (11:59 PM PDT, 09/29/2025). Most authors will present their Innovations, Cool Ideas, and Works-in-Progress in virtual poster sessions; however, the authors of the top abstracts (based on the evaluation criteria) will present their work in oral presentation sessions.
- Monday, November 3, 2025: Notifications of acceptance for oral presentation for Innovations and Cool Ideas or Works-in-Progress.
- Monday, November 24, 2025: Notifications of acceptance for poster presentation for Innovations and Cool Ideas or Works-in-Progress.
