Kaylee Koh
About me:
My name is Kaylee Koh and I am an Asian-American Pharm.D. student from Southern California. Growing up amongst all kinds of racial and ethnic backgrounds, I felt that I never explored my own culture. During undergrad, I joined a national Latina-founded multicultural sorority and surrounded myself with powerful uplifting women such as my sister Dolores Huerta. My sorority emphasized community service for undocumented migrant workers and the homeless population. Being active for 5 semesters and holding various leadership positions allowed me to rediscover community and culture. I joined SC-DEI to build on my knowledge of various backgrounds in order to educate myself and others on how to serve all populations. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, eating out with friends, and spending time with my family.
