Each USC Athletics sports team is assigned a registered dietitian specializing in nutrition for college athletes. The registered dietician team specializes in elite-level performance nutrition care to all 21 collegiate sports teams at the University of Southern California that results in improved athletic performance, decreased risk of injury, and preparedness for life after sport.

All USC registered dietitians in Athletic Medicine hold bachelor’s and master’s degree in nutrition; are recognized through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; and have specialized knowledge in sport-performance nutrition.
