I’m having difficulty launching the module. What should I do?
We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser. However, the Safari browser does not load some of the modules properly. Typically, using the latest version of Chrome will fix most issues.
Note that you must allow pop-ups, cookies and cross-site tracking BEFORE beginning the module. Blocking any of them will not allow the module to launch or properly track progress and completion. Please allow pop-ups when prompted by your browser upon launching the module.
To allow third-party cookies and cross-site tracking, please do the following BEFORE launching the training:
- Please check and “Allow third-party cookies” in browser setting.
- Please disable, UNCHECK, or turn off the following:
- Chrome: Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > turn off Send a “Do Not Track” request with your browsing traffic” option.
- Firefox: Privacy & Security > Custom > under “Choose which trackers and scripts to block: uncheck “Cookies” and “Tracking content”
- Safari: Privacy > uncheck “Prevent cross-site tracking” and “Block all cookies” option

Note: Registration holds are released immediately following module completion. However, completion status in MyUSC may be delayed. Please check your registration status in MyUSC within an hour after completing the module.

Questions regarding the CHR Live Sessions
Help! I signed up for a session but haven’t received the remote link.
Students will receive the remote link at midnight on the day of the session. Please email studenthealth@usc.edu if you do not receive the remote link on the session day. Please do not share or distribute the remote link with others.
Why was I marked incomplete? I attended a session but received a notification that I missed it.
As stated by the facilitator at the beginning of a session, students who fail to participate will be marked as incomplete. The completion of the session requires students to stay involved and participate. Please sign up for a different session and actively attend to complete your requirements. If you believe you have received this message in error, please email studenthealth@usc.edu.
