Having a background in the arts, I have come to see the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the creation of an impactful work and, more importantly, in the expression of personal identity. By being associated with SC-DEI, I hope to help foster a supportive and welcoming environment for our SoP community where individuals feel safe to truly be themselves.
