Before you arrive, there are important items to take care of:
• Consent for medical treatment
• Immunizations (Complete your immunizations by the first day of classes. If you are an international student and unable to receive the required vaccinations or blood draws before arriving in your home location, you must attend the immunizations fair held during the first week of classes.)
• Insurance decisions (Deadline is the third week of your first semester, you will be enrolled in the SHIP/Aetna plan automatically if you do not submit a waiver.)
• Prevention Education Modules
