Her professional interests include crisis intervention, suicide prevention, individual and group therapy, psychotic disorders, substance abuse and dependence, outreach, mindfulness, interpersonal difficulties. She would tell her college self to: “Be authentic. Find a balance – build in time for self-care. Live in the moment – You don’t need to have it all figured out right now!”
