In your message, please include:
- name
- student ID number
- date of birth
- Optional: The school/cultural center where you would like to meet with the embedded counselor (Dornsife, Kaufman, Gould, Architecture, CBCSA, LA CASA, APASS, LGBTQ+ Center, OIS). Note for this option, you may also make these appointments on your own, through MySHR, see the appointment screenshot guide.
- Optional: The preference of cultural background or identity of the provider you would like to meet with or the name of the specific provider you would like to meet with.
- Specialists in relationship- and gender-based harm, and providers experienced in working with survivors of sexual assault are available to students and may also be requested; you may send an email request or call 213-740-9355 (WELL) 24/7.
