Services

Workshops
Build a skill, add to your personal toolkit for positive mental health and interpersonal and intrapersonal well-being with  single-session Thrive and RSVP workshops made possible by your USC Student Health Fee.

Let’s Talk:
A single 30 minute, one-on-one nonclinical conversation with a counselor. These drop-in sessions focus on skill-building, resiliency skills, and problem solving.

Solution Session
A single 50-minute session with a therapist that gives you an opportunity to work through a reaction, a situation, or something else unexpected in your life.

Initial Assessment
Is it your first time exploring therapy? The first step is to schedule an assessment appointment to determine the right care plan for you. If you are continuing care and have a referral, schedule a referral consult.

Counseling
After your initial assessment or consult, individual counseling options may include:

Embedded Counselors
Get confidential therapy appointments just like USC Student Health counselors, but with a unique twist…embedded counselors and campus liaisons have a relationship with a specific school or Student Equity and Inclusion Program to provide focused care at a convenient office location.

Therapy+ Resources

UWill (A Therapy+ Resource)
This program provides another path to therapy for students who are eligible under the Student Health Fee. Telehealth appointments are typically available within 24-48 hours after accessing the UWill platform.

Oasis Chat (A Therapy+ Resource)
The Oasis Chat app helps support your mental health right from your phone, with a chat feature that immediately connects you to a trained responder, stress management tips,  journal prompts, goal setting, and more. Download the app to get started.

Nod (A Therapy+ Resource)
New to USC? Feeling awkward approaching new people on campus? You’re not alone, and you can get great tips from the Nod app on starting conversations and trying new things to get to know other students at USC.
