Mara Stewart earned her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of La Verne, where she is currently pursuing her PsyD in clinical psychology.

Her professional interests include anxiety and depressive disorders, mindfulness, multicultural issues, interpersonal concerns, and adjustment disorders. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based strategies including cognitive-behavioral therapy, multicultural therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and client-centered approaches.

Mara enjoys rollerblading, spending time outside, snuggling with her cat Arthur, and traveling.
