Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences

Dr. Daniel Chung has many years of experience working in varied settings as a licensed psychologist.  He most recently worked for Rutgers University as the in-house clinical and sport psychologist where he specialized in mental skills and performance work.  Prior to that, he worked in the student counseling center at Rutgers.  Dr. Chung was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and utilizes a person-centered approach to treatment.  He also has specialized training from the Beck Institute for Anger Management. Areas of professional interest include mental performance and enhancement, the intersection between motivation and productivity, and multicultural and identity issues among college students.
