Parissa Nili, PsyD received her master’s in psychology from Pepperdine University and her doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego. Her clinical interests include college mental health, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating and body image concerns, panic attacks, perfectionism, and interpersonal processing therapy groups (“Understanding Self and Others”).

Nili utilizes an evidence-based treatment approach consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is the liaison for International Academy and Ostrow School of Dentistry.

Nili is from Los Angeles, and she speaks Farsi/Persian. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with her two doodle dogs. She would tell her college self: “Just breathe and be your authentic self. Times can be challenging, but difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations”.
