Sarah Randazzo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with survivors of gender and power-based harm at the Relational and Sexual Violence Program (RSVP) at USC. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with her B.A in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies and her M.S in Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout her career, she has obtained extensive experience in working with underserved survivors of trauma of all ages experiencing a multitude of mental health struggles, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, sexuality and intimacy struggles, grief and loss, relational difficulties, low self-esteem, adjustment issues, among many others.

Her passion is to empower survivors of sexual and relational trauma in their healing journeys and to instill hope in the future. Sarah has specialized training and experience with various evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Narrative Exposure (NET), Dialectical Behavioral Informed Therapy (DBT-I), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She approaches her clinical work in a trauma-informed, sex-positive, culturally inclusive, and empathic way to empower her clients to become “unstuck” so they can move about their lives more intentionally.
