Solution Sessions
A single, 50-minute session with a therapist gives you an opportunity to work through a reaction, a situation, or something else unexpected in your life. This may be the right fit for getting your perspective or balance back when something throws you a curve ball.
Let’s Talk
Let’s talk is a 30 minute, one-on-one conversation with a clinician from Counseling and Mental Health.
- The sessions focus on skill-building, resiliency skills, and problem solving.
- This is a good way to explore what talk therapy might be like.
- Let’s Talk sessions are for individual conversations, but not psychotherapy treatment.
Let’s Talk: Community Specific
We also offer specific Let’s Talk spaces for our Black students, Latinx students, LGBTQ+ students, Asian Pacific American students, and international students.
