Let’s Talk.
What is Let’s Talk?
- Let’s Talk is a 30 minute, one-on-one conversation with a clinician from Counseling and Mental Health.
- The sessions focus on skill-building, resiliency skills, and problem solving.
- This is a good way to explore what talk therapy might be like.
- Let’s Talk sessions are for individual conversations, but not psychotherapy treatment.
Who can sign up?
All USC students (currently enrolled and under the Student Health Fee) are eligible to participate in this activity, regardless of geographic location.
Who are the therapists?
All Let’s Talk facilitators are faculty in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
